Last year, I was cyber attacked by the alt-right for a protest I was very vocal at.. I ended up on Fox News, Breitbart, 4 Chan, etc.. when the doxxers caught on to my sexual artworks, they had a field day making new "expressions" with my works online, etc.. months later my entire vimeo channel was taken down as porn. I call much of my works Lobsta Porns, as many of you know, but it is all costumed sexual scenarios, with no actual sex, you could call me a hard-shelled furry.. I tried every kind of way to contact vimeo to reinstate my channel, and could not, as they blocked me so thoroughly, I couldn't communicate with them. I had a lot of work on my vimeo channel, including clips and trailers of my videos that are included in the many articles that have been written about my work. I have a new channel, but had to create a new email account to access it, it seemed so crazy, I have only uploaded a few vimeo links to share for grant/residency apps (that required vimeo), with a password. I was unsure whether to take the risk/time it would take to upload all my works.. I was unsure I want to do business with vimeo. I then moved on to just make new works, I added some videos embedded into my website without the use of Vimeo or You Tube (You Tube had continually censored the Golden Showers: A Sex Hex video as well).... I feel inspired now to take care of this but the question will be how, if I add vids back to Vimeo with the intention of contacting all my previous online press peeps, to re-add, it also will probs be taken down again.. that has been my dilemma, but my suffering this in silence is no good, as Clarity has pointed out.. I will not do this anymore.. I have to defend my purpose. Sex and our relationship to the body need to be subjects out in the wide open. The only way we stand a chance to have a healthy relationship to our sexuality or to our bodies (no matter the size, our age, our identity) is to be able to talk, create and share openly.
